    I marinated the chicken the night before, also using boneless thighs. The chicken was cooked at 5 pm on Mother's Day, on a barbeque grill. I also used a plain poultry seasoning.

    Sweet and chemical tasting. No good.

    There wasn't as much spicy-flavor to this as I expected. Probably would have been better if I'd put it on the grill.

    Tasted really bad. It seems like this recipe relies on the tequila to flavor it and it does a very bad job of it.

    I was very excited to make this dish. However, myself and family HATED IT!

    This recipe was a complete hit!!!! I was amazed how easy it was to get from refrig to plate! I cooked it on my George Forman-type grill, inside. I served it with ceasar salad and a wedge of lime! A real pleaser!

    I made it for my family using a frozen limeade, then counteracted the sweet chicken with a red beans & rice dish. I talked with my family and we thought of what could make it better;

    1. Grilled would be awesome (We baked ours in the oven

    2. The addition of other ingredients, like chopped green onions, kosher salt, & garlic. We liked the sweet, but feel the other ingredients could round it out.

    P.S, Had it the next day over salad, with a citrus vinegarette, rocked the house.

    It's very easy to make and it's not sweet if you use chicken thighs.
