made this along with mexican pizza. Thought both were bland or artifical tasting. Wasted my Tequila.

Marinate the chicken in a microwave-safe zipper bag and when it comes time to cook it, just pop it in the microwave and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, then turn it WITH TONGS (it's be hot then cook on HIGH for anothr 5-7 minutes. It'll be juicy and delish!

I thought the marinade was wonderful, I did grill the chicken instead of using the oven. My entire family enjoyed this dish. I also made the beans and pie from the episode. Wonderful!! Thank you!

When I made this, I decided to marinate some shrimp as well. The chicken on the grill needed more time than the recipe called for and the marinade flavor was subtle. However, the shrimp were outstanding on the grill. Perhaps if the chicken was made in the oven, the marinade flavor would be more substantial. Next time, I will try it in the oven. The marinade will find a home in my recipe box and I will certainly be using it again for shrimp grilling.
