This was kind of bland...really lacked flavor. Maybe it was the chicken seasoning I used...no particular brand was specified.

I disagree with the poster who said it tastes "too much like a margarita." While it certainly gets a good deal of taste from it, it is in no way overwhelming.

This meal is really simple to prepare (only the chopping cilantro and skewering the chicken take time and almost impossible to screw up. It's great party food as well as it's easy to eat on the skewer. Last, it makes good leftovers. Warm it, pop it in a tortilla, add some cheese and salsa, and you're golden.

I enjoyed this recipe, but the margarita flavor was a bit strong. I enjoy tangy foods very much but it wasn't really a winner with the kids.

This is only the 2nd Sandra Lee recipe I have ever liked, but it was a hit. Husband loved the chicken. I'll make this again. It's a great way to prepare boring but healthy white chicken.

I made this for my coworkers for lunch, and they were all amazed at the flavor and ease of the dish! I placed the chicken on the skewers before marinating to save time at work. Only caution about doing this is the skewers may puncture the bag, so I placed the bag into an ice cream bucket so it wouldn't drip out. Served with grilled corn on the cob and grilled white peaches I dipped in melted butter and brown cane sugar. Glad I doubled the recipe because there were plenty of others who wanted to try this. Big hit with the guys!!!!

This was an easy recipe to make, especially on an hot summer day. The only I did different is that I used margarita mix that came from a bottle instead. I also marinated them for about 2 hours, it had alot of flavor. I served this with refried beans and a salad. Had tortillas ready for any of my family wanted to make a taco from it. The next day we had leftovers, we cut the chicken up and put them on a salad. This is a very healthy dish.

I made this tonight for my husband and served on a salad. He said it was a homerun!
