Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Salt, for the glass (optional)
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Directions
Combine the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. (To make a batch of simple syrup, simmer equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves, then cool.)
