This was very easy to make and good to eat. My teenager loved it as well and was very full afterward. I had way more filling than taco shells - good thing it freezes well. The sour cream sauce was good but very runny. Don't remember the consistencey from the show. I would definitely make again with another type of enchilada sauce.

I thought the recipe was very easy and tasty. I made the mistake of using hot enchilada sauce so it was a little spicy but overall very good. LOVE the sour cream sauce, it really made the dish.

This was a delicious, easy recipe. We also had too much filling for only 14 tortillas, but we were happy to have leftovers for tomorrow! Don't omit the cilantro. It adds a nice zip of flavor.

This recipe was simple and tasted great. Had too much mixture for just 14 tortillas and also had to use a little more enchilada sauce to cover everything, but turned out great. The sour cream sauce is a must! Hubby loved it.
