    I had a family dinner and i was press for time i did not know what to make and i went online and found this recipe. it was the best dish i made and i made it for my 4th of july BBQ and everyone loved it.

    This is better & more flavorful than the zesty fried rice on its own but still was just okay. I *love* the round two concept to stretch a dollar but I'll probably pass on this one for a bit.

    I     had all the ingredients for these and needed something for a potluck. This worked out nicely!

    It sounds underfull but I can't find the Zesty Rice Salad to fix first. I love being able to use the left overs for a new dish the next day. Please keep them coming but also put the first recipe link in with the round 2 recipe. THANKS Ruth
