This Mexican pizza was delicious. My husband and daughter loved it too. I used sliced scallions instead of the onion, and put them on top of the pizza with the tomatoes and baked them. I also used baby spinach leaves instead of the shredded lettuce. You also need extra sour cream/salsa mixture. Very easy, very filling too!

ranch dressing was created in america (alaska and california, so if you think that's a traditional mexican ingredient, try a different restaurant and please, and some chiles.

This is great, but instead of onions, I added cilantro and I topped the whole thing with more cheese before placing in the oven!

This was so tasty and easy. I change up the toppings according to my family's individual tastes. Leftovers are good the next day.

It was awesome, but did some variations. The meat I added some "adobo" which is a puertorrican seasoning. It has salt, pepper and other power ingredients.

I got the Taco bell fried beans, it was pretty easy and I mixed them in a bowl with the meat.

Before of sread the meat and beans in the tortilla, I spreaded first a little bit of the salsa.

For cheeses I used italian cheeses and cheddar cheese.

I used a regular white tortilla, which first i put the cheeses in the middle, I gilled them and then I spreaded the Salsa and over the meat and beans, then I sprinked the cheeses and tastesd in the oven. When it was done, I topped with the salsa and sourcream mix.

OMG this was delicious! I cant wait to do it again (and I was full with half of the it

Didn't really taste like anything. Also it was extremely messy, as another reviewer noted earlier. The crust isn't strong enough to hold the heavy but mostly flavorless toppings.

This is an excellent recipe and very simple. I did add taco seasoning to the ground beef and followed the rest of the recipe.
