On the plus side, they are better for you healthwise than smoking or lighting fireworks in a moving car. On the minus side, a whole cup of bran provides so much fiber that your repeated trips to the bathroom may become hard to explain.

I served these to my kids and they didn't know they were eating something healthier than cupcakes. They loved them!

I think claiming that these are "Good for you" is quite a stretch. Though they are certainly better than most of her recipes, nutrition-wise. They were good, but dry. And just a bit on the silly side, with the cutting and sandwich making. A simple frosted cupcake is easier.

This tastes like dessert, but it's healthy. THx! I made these with my kids to show them wholesome ingredients can taste great too (doubt if they'll remember, but what the heck. They had fun in the kitchen and fun eating them!

But this isn't one of them, unfortunately. Lots of work for a so-so result. Make pillow dogs with the kids or bat sandwiches.
