I thought that these cakes looked terrific. I followed the recipe perfectly. I did not think the cake had a tasty flavor. The glaze was not as orange on the cakes as the one in the picture. I had to throw them out! I made Paula Deen's pumpkin-gingerbread trifle- that came out perfect!

These little pumpkins looked so charming at my Thanksgiving meal this year. My kids loved them! My "glaze" looked more loose than it did on TV, but no matter. They tasted great, almost like a glazed donut. I glazed mine on a cookie sheet and not a rack, so the center hole got all filled up with glaze and made the middle a little soggy. I should have known better, but if that helps someone...great!

I had people picking at these cakes before Thanksgiving Dinner and all of the rest of them left with our guests. I've already had people asking me for the recipe. THANK YOU SANDRA LEE!

This came out great. You can add additional spices if it doesn't have enough for your taste.

It was not good at all. There was no pumpkin taste at all. The orange glaze just didn't go with the entire flavor of the cake. I would not try this cake again

Maybe it ws the brand of cake mix I used, but the cake itself tasted very artificial. Just didn't have that homey spice taste. The glaze was difficult to work with and didn't taste orange at all. A disappointing recipe.

These were easy to do, but I could not find the stuff to make the stems and leaves so used real leaves and stems. Still looked great.
