This was a great salad. I didn't have any hearts of palm so I used Artichoke hearts. Very light. We loved it.

I made this salad along with the Stuffed Cabbage from the same episode. The flavor combinations were outstanding. My husband and my 21 y.o. didn't care for the mandarin oranges but everyone else loved the entire salad. My 9 y.o. ate each item in the salad piece by piece, nuts, cheese, everything and kept raving about each item. Really a fantastic compliment to the Stuffed Cabbage. This was a big hit and will be made again.
