These were easy and outstanding. Warm or cool, they were a huge hit at our house.

I didn't like the dry texture or the bitter flavor from the coffee. Plus, I like my scones made the old fashioned way like my mom made 'em -- in a meatloaf pan. [grin]

These are SO simple to bake and taste better than Au Bon Pain scones!

These were very easy to make and are very good to eat. I did have a problem with cutting them. I used Sandra's trick about putting the dough in a 9 inch pie pan to form then pop out to cut. When I started cutting they started crumbling. I did the best I could. They don't look the best but the taste really good.

They are delicious! Perfect any time of day when you need just a little something sweet to satisfy a sweet tooth. Quick to make, too!

I absolutely loved the ease of this recipe. I have tried making scones before and they didn't turn out so good. I was able to get these in the oven before my family got up in the morning so they were hot and ready when we were. Everyone loved them, even my VERY picky husband.

They are made with Bisquik, which is biscuit mix. Not Scquik, which would be for scones. So these are biscuits, technically. Plus scones are made in a loaf pan. I thought these biscuits were too dry and needed a lot more sugar.

These are so good. I made these tonight and couldn't wait to try one. My ten year old son likes them as well and he is a picky eater so you know they have to be good= Thank you Sandra for another wonderful recipe.
