These are yummy! A good substitution for coffee or tea after supper. And to that person that said "You can't cook" they are just mean and jealous and cranky because they can't cook!!! I mean who writes that?? Rude

YOU CANNOT COOK. These cups were absolutely nasty. The chemical taste just killed it for me.

i didnt like how they wanted you to use a regular size muffin tin so i used a mini one. and instead of cinn. and sugar on the cups i used cocoa powder and sugar. i also dont like expresso but i added kahlua in and on some i used plain clocolate and added mint extract to some coolwhip- it came out great!

I cooked the cups a little lower than her temperature, for about 10 minutes and stirred the pudding longer than the directions said, in order to thicken it. At that point it was thick enough not to run out of the cups. You can just pour it right into the cups and don't have to pipe it in. I set them in the fridge for an hour before serving.

Try using an instant chocolate mousse instead of pudding for a richer type of filing and a bit more elegance.

Very good, creamy, crunchy, simple to make

I also made the lemon napoleon which was equally as tasy and simple
