    it's so good and saves time! and this was better than any risotto I've had in a restaurant. Thank you so much. Our family will be making this again in one form or another. You can make any flavor risotto with this method. :

    I didn't find this recipe so great. I like mushrooms, but did not like them in this recipe. I will make the rice again, just with something else. Also, my rice got too done in only 2 hours. Next time I won't cook it as long.

    This method of cooking risotto yields the same result as standing and stirring for a long time. Thx for the great time saver!! You can do other things like play with your kids while it's cooking!

    This is so so delish. It comes out perfectly creamy. It is SO much less time consuming that standing over your stove stirring and adding liquid for half an hour. Thanks for the easy short cuts with great results!

    We really enjoyed this dish - very flavorful and great texture. The slow cooker process made this dish so easy to make. I served it with Salmon and it made for an excellent side dish.
