    Very nice cookie but I had to add extra butter and I melted it and poured it in to the bowl as I was mixing it. I wish that it was not as sweet, but I still think it is a good Lemony cookie which is what my husband loves.

    I wish I had read some of the reviews before making. I had a graham cracker crumb mound not a cookie. I would not call the graham cracker mixture dough! Very disappointed :(

    Yummy cookie! I agree with comments about the cookie dough. When I made it exactly as the recipe said the dough was very dry. I read through the reviews and found the suggestion about adding an extra egg. That works and made the dough less dry. I like lemon so I will add more zest or maybe some actual lemon juice next time.

    worst cookie ever. Taste like baking powder, cant hold cookie as it just crumbles all apart filling does not taste like cheese cake, only lemon. a very expensive ad loss of time to not turn out Im sad

    Sandra I love the cookie, the dough was not too dry and I made 24 cookies. Love your semi homemade recipes.

    Super Yum. I used about 1/2 the lemon zest because I got lazy, but still deeeelicious. Doubled the recipe and still came out great. Thank you Sandra!

    These are excellent! I followed the recipe, made sure to crush my graham crackers very fine. Rolled my cookie dough into balls and then made indent w/a measuring spoon. Really a fun delicious dessert!

    After watching Sandra make these cookies on the 'All-Star Christmas Cookie Show' this week, I was all excited to try this recipe. I noticed most of the reviews said the cookie dough was dry, so I tried to take the tips others suggested, i.e. more butter, egg, water. By the time the cookies finished baking, they tasted more like a dry cake with icing than a cookie!
    Could someone from the Food Network staff please correct this recipe?

    i thought these would be fantastic. Who doesn't love cheesecake and in cookie form, c'mon a no brainer. Well they were okay but the dough is very dry and needs more moisture becasue it breaks when rolling and doesn't form corrrectly. The cheesecake filling is terrific though. Just tweek teh dough a bit and theyb will be as Sandra says, BEAUTIFUL.
