I really liked this recipe. I did't have an ice cream scoop so I used my cookie scoop & just used 2 scoops. I shaped them into a ball & used the scoop to make the divet. They turned out great! I made them for my mother who really enjoyed them. My son liked them too!

Great recipe and very easy. I am not much of a baker but I like to experiment every now and then. I did refrigerate mine after cooking. I took some to work and everyone loved them.

These were easy to make and tasted like little tiny cheesecakes. I cheated by using the packaged graham cracker crumbs and they turned out nice. I only have large ice cream scoop, so I used my regular cookie scoop with measures about a tablespoon. You probably guessed it - I had twice as many cookies, which is OK to share the love, however there was not as much room for filling, so using a larger portion that allows for more filling is probably better! Since I didn't have as much filling, these were a little on the dry side. Thanks Sandra for this recipe idea!

The dough was a bit dry when cookies were formed on baking sheet but when they cooled, they were good. Thanks Sandra
