    I have made these for the last two years after Thanksgiving and they are wonderful!!! They are also very easy to do and tast like more effort was put in then actually was!

    Thank you Sandra, this dish is so good! I'm thinking of using puff pastry the next time instead of pie crust. This dish is a favorite and one I will use for my leftover turkey this year.

    Used homemade pie crust instead. It was fun to make, but I would have rather ate the leftovers by themselves only because of how dry they turned out. It might have been better if the dough was rolled out thinner. Might try again.

    I tried this recipe.....well, sort of. I didn't have leftover green bean casserole, but I had plenty of mashed potatoes sooooooooooooo, I borrowed the method and mixed the potatoes with some lefover beanless chlii I had in the fridge. They came out AWESOME and my kids loved them. Thanks for the great idea, Sandra! :
