I make salmon quite frequently using diff. recipes.
I was concerned after reading previous review comments.
However, it turned out moist and flavorful.
I did not have dijon mustard, so I used honey mustard. It was delicious. I will keep this recipe.
The quality of the marmalade and the thickness of the salmon will affect the taste and the cooking time.
Sandra, keep up the wonderfull work you do and your table scapes.

I found this FABULOUS! And I do NOT generally like salmon. This however was sweet, the sugars caramelized on the top. MMMM! The recipe was VERY easy to follow, I definitely recommend it.

I thought this was great. I can't imagine why the other reviewers thought it was not good. I used a sweet marmalade, and intead of using citrus seasoning, I used herbs de provence b/c it's what I had and I took a gamble. I gobbled this up. It was a combination of the butter flavor of the salmon, and the sweetness of the marmalade. YUM!

Once was more than enough to get me to decide not to make this recipe again. It was very dry and had practically no taste. Sandra Lee has much better salmon recipes than this one. I suggest you look another one up.

This is really quite good. I added some garlic (pre-chopped - in keeping with the semi homemade tone ;.

This was flavorful, a hint of sweet and the fresh ginger added great flavor.

    Would I do anything different?

I would marinate it longer. Probably a couple of hours.

What an easy and great tasting recipe. I couldn't find salt-free herb seasoning, so I just sprinkled salt and ground pepper on each side of the salmon right before cooking. In the interest of time, I only marinated the salmon for about half an hour. Also, my broiler doesn't work so I cooked the salmon in a pan with olive oil. The flavor was nice and light, very tasty. I will make it a part of our regular dinner rotation. Try it with Ingrid Hoffman's quinoa salad which has orange juice and zest in it. Yum, yum!

All of us hated it. Even me and I love salmon more than anyone. The ornage glaze tasted bitter and made the salmon burn. Try a different recipe.

Very easy to prepare. The added bonus is that the kids loved it and wanted seconds!
