    Followed the recipe to a "T" and ended up with salmon that were dry and overcooked (even a bit singed and had very little taste, strangley enough. I would not recommend this particular recipe.

    We loved it. Was the best salmon we ever made. We grilled ours instead of broiling. This will be a weekly dinner menu item for us.

    This one might deserve a 2.5, but 3 isn't stretching it. This dish is certainly not as tasty as it sounds/looks. It was just o.k. It's not good enough to make the regular rotation. We weren't disgusted...it just wasn't super flavorful. It was quite edible and fine...we didn't have to make another dinner, but it's not spectacular.

    I don't make fish too often but this sounded so good! Ended up not liking the taste of it so much and also had a problem with the sticky glaze burning under the broiler.

    We didn't like the glaze, as it was bitter and too strong. We expected something "lighter" and more appetizing.

    This recipe is easy and fast and my family loved it. I did use finely chopped crystalized ginger and it turned out great.
