Made this tonight for dinner -- it was so good. It was easy to make, using ingredients that I had on hand. I also had parsley growing in my garden, My husband and I loved this (and I don't even like fish !! Gloria in Stroudsburg, PA

The only modification I made was I used Tony Chachere seasoning instead of Old Bay. It was delicious! I would recommend not to put the fish on paper towels in the oven, I did and my breading stuck to the towel a little parchement or paper bag would be better. My 7yr old son wanted seconds and while he devoured it he kept sayin "mmmmm Mom this is so good". This will be on our rotation for weekly meals.

I thought this was great but my fish broke apart easily, made it hard to flip. Also, the sauce burned so I had to make it twice. However, the flavor was excellent and I really enjoyed the Tilapia even though I do not like fish!

I made this on a week night and it has to be some of the best fish I have ever had. The fillets stayed moist and the outside was just crispy enough for us.

I served this with steamed corn and sauteed zuchinni, peppers, red onion, garlic on the side. we'll be repeating this meal again!

The fish was a great pleaser for picky eaters in my home. It turned out light and crispy and the sauce was delicious and added a wonderful bright flavor to each bite. Will definitely make this easy and inexpensive dish again!

I made this the other night for dinner and I was impressed with the fish. Crispy pan fried is the best! I did substitute blackening seasoning in place of the Old Bay. The sauce I thought was wonderful and easy. This is a quick weeknight dinner I will be making again soon.

I thought this entire meal was great! The fish was wonderfully crispy and delicious. I made this for my husband and myself, and the entire meal was only 7 dollars total. I was thoroughly impressed that something so cheap could taste so good. I think I might add some almonds to the sauce next time. I will make this meal again.
