I am new to cooking/eating fish and I have got to say....WOW! Not only was this easy but so tasty. I will definitely make it again. Like others, I used EVOO and frozen tilapia. YUMMY!

This was so yummy and so easy to make. I used EVOO instead of canola (more flavor. My only critique would be that there was lots of the dredge left over, which I hated having to throw out, and not quite enough sauce. But we all gobbled it up regardless. Will definitely make this again.

My first attempt at pan-frying fish and it was GREAT! The lemon/butter/parsley drizzle was simply delicious - very light and savory. I used regular EVOO, frozen tilapia filets; and I didn't have seafood seasoning so I used Lemon Pepper seasoning instead - YUM! I served it simply with steamed veggies (broccoli/carrots/cauliflower and a side of garlic toast. I will definitely make this again. Love ya, Sandra Lee!

Super quick and easy. Even my kids like it. I use the same recipe on different kinds of fish filets.

I am not very good a cooking. Sure I have a couple of things under my belt that my mother-in-law has taught me but all in all, no. Frozen fish is resurrected just so they can jump out of my frying pan so I wasn't sure about this recipe. BUT, WOW!! I did it and it looked just like the picture (which rarely happensand it was yummy. Even my son ate a whole filet. I just printed this recipe off and can't wait to cook it again. Yes, I used frozen tilapia and it was great.
