Absolutely delicious and super simple. I used garlic olive oil instead of canola, fresh lemon and dried parsley(that's all I had.

Delicious!! The hubby and I LOVE Tilapia and we're always looking for new ways of cooking it. This is definitely at the top of the list.

This fish was GOOD!! I used Old Bay seasonings. I had to adjust the heat when frying, med-hi was too high and the 2nd batch was darker but still tasty mmm!
Very very easy.

This was a nice, easy dish to make in a pinch. I happened to have all the ingredients and simply substituted smart balance for the butter. Very tasty! Will make again.

My daughter found this and made it for us. It is THE BEST fish dish I've EVER eaten. Don't forget the sauce. It makes the dish!

I did a lot of substituting but it still came out perfect and tasty. I used whole wheat flour and added grounded flax seed, ghee instead of butter, kale instead of parsley and avocado oil to pan fry. I forgot I ran out of olive oil in making my roast. It was so delicious and it was my first time using avocado oil. It didn't distort any flavors at all or add for that matter. I also used Tony's Cachere as that is what I was raised on along with McCormicks salt free seasoning so as to not worry too much about my salt intake instead of seafood season and salt and pepper. (Gotta watch the blood pressure. I used this to make my first homemade fish and grits. :

I really enjoyed this dish the second time around. It was quick and easy and not to mention tasty. I have it down packed. I added capers the first time but decided to do something different tonight. I added a little extra butter and lemon and then added the seafood season( at the end to that and let it simmer. Returned the fish to the skillet to let the juice coat the fish on both sides and it was great.

Whenever I plan to cook tilapia's I search for this recipe. I finally saved it at my recipe box. We had it last night and it was yummy. Used olive oil instead of butter. Also added capers this time. Thank you Sandra for the $$ saving meals!
