My husband and I made this tonight with jasmine rice and a mango salsa. It was very delicious and EASY!!! We didn't have any all purpose flour, so we used Kentucky Kernel seasoned flour with Old Bay Seafood seasoning that we added to it. This is our first attempt using one of Sandra's recipes. We are very pleased with the results.

This was an EXCELLENT recipe! So easy, quick and it tasted so wonderful. The fish was light and seasoned perfectly. I used Old Bay Seafood Seasoning and it turned out great!

Yum Yum Yum! My fish came out beautifully! It didn't stick. I thought the sauce was a little too lemony. Overall, it came out great, wonderful presentation and was super easy! Will make again. I did add another tablespoon of butter to the sauce, too.

I made this tonight and it was great! I used fresh Tilapia and followed the recipe to a tee. What a hit. The flavor was delicate yet complex enough. The fish was delicious on it's own without the butter-parsley sauce but once it was added it really added another level to the taste. My only suggestion is: When making the sauce add another tablespoon of butter and don't overcook. Let the butter melt, add the parsley and garlic, then just heat up. It will turn out better. I cooked the sauce in a different pan than my fish as the fish stuck to the older pan I was using. This beautiful dish is sure to impress! Plus it took a very short time to make and was relatively simple to put together.

I'm usually not very big on Sandra Lee, but I must admit that this was amazing. It's not the best fish I've ever had, but it is really good, and it's really really really simple! Dredge, cook, make simple sauce. You can have dinner ready in less than 20 minutes and it's a really tasty dinner too!

Simple and easy way to make Tilapia that tastes great! Usually not a fan of Sandra but this one is just a few fresh ingredients that make a delicious meal. Really like the keeping the fish warm in the oven tip too, it worked without over cooking the fish.

I loved this recipe, very simple and quick as it happened to ask for almost everything i already had at home, i didn't have any parsley though so i substituted with cilantro (its all I had and it still turned out yummy! watch out for too much lemon juice though if you aren't a fan of tart sauces, although i like a good tangy sauce : prob 1 TBSP is enough if you don't want it too tangy.
