Great recipe!! I added garlic to the oil before browning the chicken and a little cayenne pepper to the sauce before adding back the chicken and it was incredible.

My husband was more interested than myself with this one. I went ahead and made it, still was worried about the taste. It was AMAZING!!! I have made it twice already, served mine with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. I thought about adding in garlic and carmelized onions, someone said they did and it was great......planning on it next week!

I'm so glad I tried this recipe for my family! I used 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano in place of the fresh as some others have tried. I also roasted a couple cloves of garlic with my tomatoes and added to the sauce. Delicious!! I served it over a polenta cake and my family gobbled it up. Thanks, Sandra:

I think this is delicious company worthy..although I am not a dijon fan so I left that out.. The sauce is so fantastic and different. However, also made the macaroni and beans..that is nothing special at all.

This was quick, easy and best of all Delicious!!! I only used maybe a teaspoon of mustard (because my husband doesn't like it I used about 1/2 tsp dried oregano instead of fresh and it still turned out marvelous. Thank you Sandra

Very good recipe that ALL the men in my house love! I added cayenne for a bit of a kick and didn't add the mustard, still tastes wonderful!

EXCELLENT! I used dijon mustard and added garlic. Doubled the sauce and served with pasta.
