This was very easy to do. I can't wait to serve it again. It was a HIT!

This recipe was unbelieveably delicious and easy. I thought it may be too much pepper, but it wasn't. It was just right. I used the marinade and glaze on New York steaks. They were very tender after marinating all day. This is a must in your recipe box!

The peach/pepper combination was extremely unapplealing, plus the chops came out so sweet, you'd have to serve them for desert.
