You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 part white rum
1 part peach schnapps
2 parts peach puree
Pink lemonade
Fresh peach slice, for garnish
Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

Fill a martini shaker 2/3 full with ice. Add 1 part rum, 1 part peach schnapps, and 2 parts peach puree to the shaker and then top off with a little pink lemonade. Shake and strain into a martini grass. Garnish the glass with a peach slice and a lime wedge.

This was a nice, refreshing summer drink. I could not find peach puree anywhere and did not have time to make my own from fresh peaches, so I used canned peach nectar. It was good. I would make this again, and try substituting vodka for the rum, as we are not big rum fans.
