Awesome recipe! I don't usually care for gorgonzola cheese, but in this recipe it's delicious. Will make this over and over again. Thanks Sandra for a great recipe!

I couldn't find arugula in my grocery store but this was very good with spring greens. The pears and gorgonzola are a great combo.

I found this recipe to take to a dinner party but the dressing with apple cider vinegar is too sharp. I had to make it a second time with white wine vinegar. The dressing was much better with the milder vinegar. I have made pear and gorgonzola salads before but have always used a vinegarette dressing. I think that I will go back to the other dressing. This dressing was not worth the trouble.

This salad was delicious, tangy, and fruity. I really liked the gorgonzola dressing and I just added some glazed walnuts and dried cranberries to make the salad even sweeter. The flavors remind me of autumn with the pear and cranberry. Fantastic job, Sandra!

My favorite Sandra Lee recipe yet. As most of her recipes, it's just assembling and mixing, but this salad comes out restaurant quality. I made no substitutions as arugula is one of my favorite foods, as are walnuts and pears. Next time I may consider using fresh pears as opposed to the can, but it still turned out great.

Made this salad for Thanksgiving dinner, however I substituted romaine and baby greens. I cut up a ripe Bosc pear (it was in season instead of using the canned pears. I used Dannon Pear yogurt instead of plain yogurt. It has a few small chunks of pears in it, but I zipped the dressing in a blender to make it nice and smooth. It also took care of the pear and blue cheese chunks. : I had a guest who does not like blue cheese tell me they loved the dressing. Lastly, I topped the salad with Craisins, chopped praline pecans and provided more blue cheese crumbles on the side. Highly recommend making the dressing a day in advance. It is so much yummier!

Why can't you follow directions?!?
The dressing dosen't "smell like feet", it smells like Gorgonzola!
The dressing isn't "salty", it's pungent and intense!
(That's why you marry it with Arugula, Pecans and Pears!
Made it.
Loved it.
Making it again!
(The pears are ripening as I type!
The dressing needs a good 36 hrs to develop that really good "Smelly Feet" flavor!
But, what do I know . . .

I loved this recipe and added strawberries and mandarin orange slices. Also, I didn't have gargonzola cheese, but feta cheese was delicious.
