It was a puddle of mushy mess. Not impressed and it grossed me out after a while.

I am 13 years old and this recipe was very easy to make. However if I were to make it again I would use fresh pears. The "chantilly cream" tasted nothing llke want real chantilly cream is like. over all it was pretty good. : But, its not something I would make all the time.

I made this with fresh pears and real whipped cream and it was pretty good. I'd make it again, but NEVER with the fake oil stuff. In a pinch I would give canned pears a try.

This recipe was very easy to make.
    I made it for two.

I did not add the almonds but I will next time. Will make it again.

My husband loves this dessert. I think it's good. Obviously not homemade, but a good alternative to a heavy dessert if you want something sweet. Would be much better with fresh pears!!

Use the "Creamy" Cool-Whip for the Chantilly Cream, definitely not regular Cool-Whip. Fresh pears are better if you have the time. I've also omitted the pudding in the chantilly cream when I didn't have it on hand and its still good. I've served this to last minute company and they were really impressed by the presentation and taste.

This was a very refreshing combination. However, I would like to try it with fresh pears next time.

Small children might eat this but adults will find it very disappointing.
