Nice appetizer, come on people read the recipe before you rate it! Don't downgrade it because it's not healthy, you should know that by the ingredients...it was very good and my guests requested the recipe, I will definitely serve this again.

These were so yummy! I made them on the fly for a potluck, and they flew off the plate. We had left over rye bread and cream cheese and ate that as an appetizer the next day. Even just the bread and cream cheese was delicious!

A nice change of flavors for us. Includes many of our favorite ingredients, but never combined them in this way before. Made it for breakfast, but the time and prep work probably makes it more suitable as a brunch food or party food. Several of us thought it was like bacon candy. I put the chives in the cream cheese mixture instead of as a garnish by mistake. That turned out well as we found it tasted great on leftover rye toast.

Fantastic taste and super easy! Combines salty, sweet, crunchy and savory. My husband loved it, and I will definitely prepare this again at our next party.

Funny how you never even taste your dishes (EXCEPT YOUR COCKTAILS. How come? Didn't like the rye bread with the sweetness of the sugary pecan bacon. Not healthy either.

These were excellent and different from most other appetizers. I used regular thickness bacon, and I think I prefer it since sometimes thick bacon can end up being tough and chewy. Regardless, these were pretty and everyone loved the sweet bacon with caramelized pecans. I'll add this to the Christmas Eve party food list!!
