I don't really care for champagne, I made this for a New Year's party and not many people liked it, but I enjoyed it. Like with any recipe you need to taste and add to it what you think it might need, because tastes vary; I thought it was too sweet, but I added a little more water and ice and it was tasty.

I tried this punch for a bridal shower.. I did two bottles of champagne for two cans of pink lemonade concentrate. I then added frozen sliced strawberries and frozen sliced peaches (2 bags strawberries, 1 bag peaches. The punch was a hit!!

For the champagne, get something that is sweet... I don't remember what brand I got, but it came in a blue box if that helps and I believe I paid $10/bottle.

This punch was very easy and delicious. I loved the bubbles.

I froze sliced lemons and strawberries to use as ice cubes. I skipped adding mangoes and peach slices.

I also purchased a spanish "champagne style" sparkling wine, which was on the sweet side (at the recommendation of the wine store, to balance the tartness of the concentrate.

All my book club guests really enjoyed this drink. It fit perfectly with my circue theme.

this was semi-horrible. It made the champagne take on a funky taste. Not good, don't recommend ruining champagne this way.
