I normally don't like cold sake, but it went well with the plum wine. A bit of advice for anyone interested in plum wine... NEVER use the cheap stuff! Save your money and head over to review sites before buying plum wine. You could have used a so-so sake with this recipe, but a cheap plum wine will ruin it.

Get PLUM SAKE and mix it in equal parts with prosecco....wonderful, not too sweet, and not the artifical flavors of this drink.

I used prune juice instead of plum wine, and a sparkling drink called "Sockie" - it was wonderful. I'll make it my "regular" drink (wink

thx for sharing the great drink ideas. I would have never thought to add anything to sake. This was great.
