Love this recipe! Everytime I make it, someone asks me for the recipe. It is super fast, easy and light. My kids, that don't even like cole slaw, ask for this when we have a BBQ. I don't change a thing other than I use Brianna's brand poppy seed dressing. Yumm!

Ingredients like ambrosia (which I love, but as a slaw, not loving it. The crunch from the coleslaw was interesting, but didn't like the sour cream taste with it. Kept thinking it needed marshmallows (like ambrosia so it was just odd all around. Can't recommend.

Good twist on the usual boring cole slaw. Looks and taste good. At my gathering most wanted the recipe.

Made this for a pot luck lunch. It was a big hit. I cut up a green apple, to give it a crunch. The best ever.

I took this to a family barbeque and it was a big hit! I doubled the recipe but only made 1-1/2 the dressing and it was perfect. I added a red onion and fresh cracked pepper for a little more zip and also added some pecans. I used Brianna's poppy seed dressing and the quality really made a difference. Everyone loved it. Next time I will add the carry the slaw and the dressing separately and only add it an hour before serving as it will water down if it sits too long. Definitely a keeper!

Although this sounded really good to me, after eating it I was disappointed. I prepared it earlier in the day & added the dressing about an hour & a half before dinner. I rated it two stars because some of us liked it & others did not. Will not make this again.

This is delicious - I took it to a dinner party and it was a total hit. I also added a little bit of shredded coconut - YUM!

Add a little hot pepper flakes to make this taste even better!
