I like the recipe, although I just used garlic, salt, and pepper mix because i am not into basil. The GS&P tones the grapes down.
For all that didnt like it, maybe you made it wrong, didnt add enough seasoning, maybe too much? Some even changed the sauce then complained that it was too sweet? What ever the case I love it!

While this isn't the best I have had. I think it is better if you just use the Mccormick packet and grill, it did get my hubby to finally eat pork!

I generally love a pork kebab but these lacked flavor. I didn't get the whole "Greek" tie in either. A focus on olives or olive oil would have been miuch more effective.

only problem is the skewers burned and i had to take them off when they were done to place on new skewers. probably because i was impatient on the soaking.
i used a lemon-garlic marinated ternderloin and it was GREAT! family loved it. i didnt make the sauce though. didnt seem like it needed it.

Barely edible, is how I would describe it. I hate to throw food away.

Pork had no flavor but SALT. "Sauce" never ended up sauce consistency. It was just a bunch of grapes in a little liquid. Plus how do you serve a bunch of cooked grapes with a pork skewer anyway?
