I'm a guy and I'm clueless in the kitchen. But I can follow directions. Here's what my family said about this pork roast recipe: "I think this is the best pork I've ever had" (17 year old daughter and "Dude, you can make this on my birthday." (20-year old son. They are looking at me like I've been abducted by an alien, because they're used to cereal from me. Thank you, Sandra Lee!

I followed the recipe exactly, and was very happy with the results. The pork was cooked perfectly, the glaze was superb, and it was well worth the 2 hour cooking time. I would gladly cook this again, though only on a special occasion -- turns out pork roast is really expensive!

Note to self: try a little garlic in the glaze next time.

This recipe was AWESOME!!!! I added a little bit of cornstarch to thicken the glaze and when it was all said and done I think I'm in love with pork. LOL

Loved this recipe! My 17 month old loved it too! Since I knew he would be having some and I wanted to make sure it was tender enough for him, I added 1/2 cup of water and about half of an apple in chunks to the first hour of cooking and covered it with foil only for that hour. And when I'd discovered too late that I didn't have spicy brown mustard, I used dijon and some chipotle mustard for the glaze, it still came out sweet & delicious. I'd love to try this again but with pineapple instead of apple juice!

This was very tasty. However instead of baking in the oven I did everything in the crockpot. I follwed the receipe( except used a 2.5 pound piece of portk and cooked on low for 8 hours. The meat was tender and had a slight sweet taste. I will definitely use this again.

This recipe was delicious! I used apple cider instead of juice and didn't add the salt. It was so tender!

Another big hit recipe from Sandra Lee!! I used Montreal Steak seasoning to season the roast. Absolutely delicious. I spent the evening giving out the recipe. Thank you!

Very good ! follow directions to the "t" and you can't go wrong. Nice and juicy and very simple to make. I ran out of sea salt and just used regular salt. Made it for New Year's Day and will keep this recipe !
