This recipe was very easy. The pork was tender and tasty. I did not use any olive oil when I made it. I will be making this again in the future. Excellent recipe!

This was an awesome recipe! I browned my tenderloin with a little olive oil in a skillet before putting it into the slow cooker and it turned out terrific. Yum! Yum!

Alcohol didn't evaporate as it does in a saute pan over high heat and the pork was much too dry.

I have made this recipe a number of times now and it is easy and absolutely delicious. I have shared it with many friends whose families also love it. I don't understand the poor reviews - this recipe is a keeper!

I made this recipe out of curiousity last night and everyone loved it. Who said pork tendrloin can't be cooked in a crock pot? There are dozens of recipes on the internet for pork tenderloin in the crock pot and they come out very tender. The poster that claims it shouldn't be cooked past medium must be kidding. Since when do we cook pork medium or under? This really is a good recipe if you make it right.

a tenderloin in a crockpot? She gets worse by the day. I am amazed she is still on the air.

The meat was dry and had very little taste. The sauce was thin and watery and didn't help make the pork taste edible.

I could not believe this recipe used a slow cooker! I thought it would taste much better if done in a pan quickly. It tasted great when I did it in a pan with some of the plum sauce and a couple of sliced fresh plums which greatly improved it. Family loved it - and there is no need to cook pork to death anymore. Especially tenderloin which should never, ever be cooked past medium.
