The marinade is excellent for the portabellos. I put mine in the blender to really emulsify the oil, worcestershire, and vinegar. The garlic flavor really infuses that way as well.
I tried some with the mayo sauce and some just like I would fix my regular hamburger. Either way is perfect. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves mushrooms or just wants something a little different from time to time!

I wish I could find out where Sandra finds so many beautiful pieces for her decorating. Apparently, Sonja doesn't know as much as she thought she knew about Sandra Lee, or she would know she was an interior decorator before her TV cooking shows. The woman is beautiful, sweet, and I believe sincere. In fact, I would love to meet her someday. I think somebody is a tad bit jealous. Why else would you watch her show? There must be something that keeps drawing you back. All I wanted to know is how good the mushrooms were? Guess I'll just make them!

Do you know what you can do??? Change the frigging channel!!! You are not chained to the TV and forced to watch her shows...you are free to watch what you want to. STOP with the criticisms and just go away. Obviously you are rich and don't need to save money. CAN I TELL YOU?? WE WON'T MISS YOU!!
Sandra...I just love your shows and have learned SOOOO much from you. Thank you for everything!! Keep up the good work and thank you for trying to teach us how to save money.
I am going to make your vegetable lasagna tonight...it looks scrumptious!

I haven't tried these recipes yet, I just watch the show. But I was put off by the review Sonja in Texas submitted. You are here to review the recipe not the host and her life story and her mannerisms.
My 3 sons watched this episode with me ( ususally they hop up and leave when they see the food network on and they all aggreed these recipes look good enough to try. I think that is the goal as a mother is to get the kids to try different kinds of foods. I will be trying these this week.
Side note to Sonja in Texas, if you don't like the show don't watch it.
