It was seasoned nicely. The sauce was loose which was fine.

It was good, but honestly I thought it would have more flavor. I'm going to try it again, but I think next time I'll be more generous with the salt and pepper and maybe substitute wine or more broth for the water. Also, I found the veggies needed more herbs and salt and pepper. I added mushrooms to the mix and they were delicious!

I prepped the carrots, celery and Yellow onion aheead of time with worchester, garlic and tyme. instead of the cup of beef broth an d cup of water i used a cup of good white wine, a cup of water and two beef boulion cubes.... excellent. also, i used dried tyme and it worked out great. and, for the potatoes, i used dried rosmary and tyme and it was great.

This is my go-to recipe for pot roast, and I have tried several of them. I just make sure I liberally season everything, and add garlic to the roast veg, with olive oil.

Pretty easy to do. However meat and veggies were a little bland. Had to fix up the gravy to add flavor too. But turned out good and everyone loved it. Plan to season!!!!
