    This was and awesome twist on mashed potatoes! Definitely better if eaten fresh out of the oven but it even re-heated well. Making it again now!

    Such a recipe deserves the blue ribbon award. The souffle was made for my dinner guests and they were quite overwhelmed with my cooking skills. I suggest that the mashed potatoes be prepared the day before. All other ingredients can be put together the day of the dinner with ease. This is simply a wonderfully tasty vegetable, served with elegance. Thank you.

    I knew I was in trouble after tasting the prepared potato dish before starting the souffle. Like a lot of Sandra's dishes, it looked great on the show but was bland and much more expansive than it had to be. Better look for something else...

    Instant potatoes taste like dirt to me, so I used last night's leftover "real" potatoes. This dish is awesome when made with the leftovers. I also mixed in a couple of peices of crumbled crisp fried pancetta. Yummmmmm ...

    This dish was amazing. The souffle was so fluffy. I have never had instant potatoes taste so good. Best of all, this dish was very easy to make.
