I liked this sandwich except for the prosciutto texture. It's a bit tough in a sandwich. I'd like to try it with salami next time.

The mayo/pesto mix is an EXCELLENT idea....and it tastes WONDERFUL!!! I'll never do just plain mayo again!! Thanks, Sandra!!!

Too much mayo, too little pesto, not enough meat.

This was a drab and boring sandwich. Tasted like the bruchetta served at any mediocre Italian restaurant in America. If you want something special, look for another recipe. Or do something to improve the taste of this one.

I made this for my family. It is a quick and easy sandwich to make. The basil leaves make it very flavorful. I bought 1/2 pound of prosciutto and had plenty left over after I made 3 sandwiches. I used fresh mozzarella instead of the small ones in the container. They would make wonderful appetizers on single slices of the baguette. I highly recommend this recipe to impress your guests or family!
