I happened upon this recipe by accident one day when I had asparagus and leftover prosciutto on hand. This was so easy to make and my husband, who usually only eats asparagus to humor me, genuinely liked them.

So many people come on this site to bash recipes that chefs have shown. I like it when someone who has ACTUALLY MADE THE DISH gives an honest critique and adds there own twist or whether they found it had to cook longer or use a different technique. The recipes are just a starting point and you can change them up to fit your own tastes. When I check reviews I wanna know if someone liked the dish not if they hate the tv personality. so THANKS for reviewing honestly.

I was looking for something to go along with my shrimp dish last night, and I came across this recipe. Not only was it quick, but it proved to be very elegant in its presentation. My husband was upset that I didn't double the batch! Definitely will make again Sandra thank you so much!

I made these and the end result was too salty to eat. I would recommend against adding extra salt as the prosciutto already has enough.
I found it easier to hold the asparagus bundle in one hand and wrap the meat around the bundle like tape, which kept the wrapping taut.
I will make this again for the next get-together.

This was a very simple and delicious way to add a twist to asparagus. I didn't make it on the grill like on the TV show. I made it in the oven.
