    As the recipe says, this is an extremely easy (and tasty! recipe! I would agree with the other reviews that the batter could use a little more moisture. Next time I make these, I'm likely to include an egg, or potentially just plus up the amount of pumpkin puree.

    Im baking these later today, thought they should have eggs too. Will update with a review later today, hoping the husband and kids enjoy them. Ive seen a similar cupcale mold on www.surlatable.com
