- Reserved pineapple juice from canned pineapple chunks from Grilled Fruit Skewers recipe
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 4 maraschino cherries, plus 2 tablespoons of syrup from the jar
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 4 ounces rum
- 4 pineapple chunks, reserved from Grilled Fruit Skewers recipe
In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, maraschino syrup and the ginger ale. Pour into glasses filled with ice, then add the rum and stir.
Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple chunk on a skewer.
