Very good and delicious! I did add the zest and juice of a lemon to give it some acid, which I highly recommend. This would be great to take for a potluck or dinner to a friend in the summer. SO easy!

This salad is perfect, as written. I know people have different taste buds, but feta is a personal taste. Give it a chance! This is my "go to" recipe for Quinoa Salad. Adding or detracting different ingredients is personal, also. Thanks, Sandra!

Great recipe, I've made it for so many groups always to wonderful reviews. However, I skip the lettuce and serve it more as a side than a traditional green salad.

OMGosh! How good was THIS? I agree with Moongoddess255_. I added another 1/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette to the quinoa salad itself. I also added more feta, but then again I'm a feta fanatic. Put it on a bed of fresh greens, or mix it up, whichever way you prefer, but this one is a WINNER. Thanks, Sandy!

Made as is minus the addition of the almonds and mixed a few tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette in the quinoa salad part before I let it set in the fridge for an hour, and it was very good. Better texture than other quinoa salads I've tried.

I made this without feta and added walnuts, kalamata olives, and just used one of those balsamic dressing sprays, also added chicken for some protein since I ate it as a meal. Very filling and good. I never make receipts like they say though I love adding things that I like to make it my own.

This was a filling and flavourful salad that made three large portions and permitted guilt-free consumption of a piece of cake for dessert.

My suggestion to those worried about other reviewers' claims that the salad is not tasty would be to make their own balsamic dressing with lemon or lime juice. I think i may also have added more feta than the recipe called for - because feta is scrumptious and because i was serving the salad as a meal.

I will most definitely make this recipe many more times.
