I LOVE OLIVES. I figured that she would find a way to have the dressing TASTE like oilves. But just putting them in the dressing actually hides their taste. The oregano made it tase very bitter, too. This was way disappointing.

I love the bitterness of radicchio and the goat cheese and olives didn't take away from it but added great flavor! Hint to all that think this is bitter: it's the radicchio. It's a very bitter veggie. A good substitute if you don't like it might be romaine. Hope this helps!

The goat cheese and olives don't do anything to save this salad.

Tasted like metal. Canned black olives don't give any real taste.

After all the good reviews, I expected the dressing to at least taste a bit like olives. But it didn't. It was like you added olives to the salad (good but the olives didn't add anything whatsoever to the flavor of the salad dressing. A loser recipe.
