I enjoyed the added flavor and the ease of preperation. My wife liked it, but wasn't crazy about it. She doesn't like wine.

I do not understand the "no flavor" reviews here! A packet of ZESTY herb seasoning and rosemary isn't enough flavor? This was excellent! The wine gives it flavor too! Any more flavor and you wouldn't be able to tell you are eating beef!

This was rediculously fast and easy. My husband was still telling me how great dinner was the next day. I made the corn salad as well which is tasty as well!

I marinated my flank steak overnight and still it was tough, tough tough (cooked to med rare and had only a glimmer of the flavor we were looking for. ONE STAR.

I'm surprised about all of the bad reviews for this dish. I made it and not only was it ridiculously simple and fast, it was a hit with everyone. We will certianly be having this again, and again. I would recommend marinating for the full 8 hours, it really gives the meat a deep, rich flavor and helps to tenderize the flank steak.
