Very good. I have made it a few times. I choose to use the semi-sweet chocolate in place of bittersweet and I double the amount.

LOVED ! LOVED ! LOVED! this recipe - my only problem was the brown gravy mix. Despite the fact that we used 30% less sodium mix, the chocolate sauce reeked of salt. I would suggest using flour instead of the brown gravy mix. Otherwise, the layers of flavor were incredible. Awesome

OMG OMG OMG Oh my gosh Oh my gosh Oh my gosh. I recently made this sauce and my family elevated me to DIVA status. Made a slight adjustment to a couple ingredients. I did not find it complicated or difficult! Woo hoo!

This was soooo yummy! I used a TBone steak because I already had them. I also cooked them on the grill and just made the sauce in the pan. I had to keep myself from licking the plate clean. I loved it!

Flavor was good, but expected it to be more chocolately than it was. Like someone else said, it was complicated to get everything timed right to come out. And I found it a bit oily when I added the fatty rib eye. I'd go with a different cut of meat if I did this again and cut back on the oil in pan.

This was delicious. We didn't have any whiskey, so I used some coconut rum, it probably made for smoother blending of flavors, but still delicious. My only complaint is that it was a little complicated and took some juggling to get everything timed right.

I will try this recipe this weekend. For those other two reviewers, "Are you crazy?". If you like steak well done and don't like chocolate, why would you even try this recipe? If you overcook steak you ruin it....stick to hamburgers.
Spam and reeses cups...REALLY? This isn't even close to the recipe....How can you compare Spam to Ribeye and Reeses cups to dark chocolate? Really?
