    Mine tured out great!! Didn't change a thing. They turned out perfect. Mine did not fall apart at all. The only thing to know is that we had planned this to be our meal...it is more like a side and you want a protein with it. They are fabulous!! You must try these!!!

    I just made these. Didn't really measure anything but used a little bit extra of everything, especially the cheese and did use FRESH bread crumbs.. They were nice and firm and very tasty. Think I like them better than the risotto from last night. ( used aborio rice I just made a couple because I was a bit nervous because of the 1st review. Everyone loved them and now im going to fry up the rest. I also made them a bit bigger and got 15 of them.. Leftovers for the girls at work tomorrow.

    My family loved the risotto. But the cakes fell apart. Even the few that did stay together tasted bland & chewy. I would rather just reheat the risotto!
