I served this bubbly cocktail at a party last year and my friends are still raving about it. They request it at every party I give. Besides the fesitve color - the taste is great - fresh and not too sweet. Very easy and quick to make. I put the amaretto and caracao in the Champagne flutes ahead of time and poured the Champagne when they walked in the door. This would be a great drink to serve at a bridal shower or wedding where the bride's theme color is blue.

we tried this recipe...but switched it up a bit. We didn't have blue caracao, so we used triple sec and it was wonderful. It's a big hit with our friends now.

We served this at a party of about 10 adults. The recipe is easy to mix right in the glass. All guests got fresh, bubbly champagne seconds after they arrived. Many compliements ensued! Instead of ordinary champagne, the blue color and the flavor are a highlight for a special get together!
