The recipe is great; the reviews are hysterical! A vegetarian revises a meat and cheese recipe then doesn't like it!!! LOL ... that laugh made my day!

nothing goes better than blue cheese and steak. and if ur a vegetarian and dont like blue cheese then dont pick a recipe called roast beef and blue cheese sands. and then to sub KFAFT SINGLES! thats absolutely absurd to even rate it and say ur not impressed. im all for changing up a recipe but sheesh.

Friends I have put blue cheese on their steaks and now I understand why. This recipe is so simple but so great. I made them for the super bowl and they were the first to go of all the sandwiches. Try it...you'll love 'em.

Being vegatarians, we naturally skipped the beef. We also think blue cheese is too strong and smelly, so we used Kraft singles and slices of deli mozarella. We were not that impressed.

It was a success at a party of ladies. I've also made it for lunch using different lunchmeat.

Great sandwitch. Very tasty and the blue cheese adds a little kick to it! I would use less blue cheese though on the next go around. Don't get the extra slice of bread thing though. But in all, great sandwitch!

Blue cheese in a carton is not available in my regular grocery store, so i used Land o lakes and deli roast beef. Also, I forgot to buy bread so I rolled up the meat in the cheese and toothpicked it. Made a great summer supper

easy to make - I just had a little blue cheese left, so I mixed the mayo and lemon juice right in the blue cheese carton. You don't need to use 2 different kinds of bread though, and I toasted the bread, just to give it more crunch. I also just used lettuce, because that's what I had, and it turned out fine.

Lemon juice and blue cheese was a bad combination on a roast beef sandwich. For a salad it might work, but in this recipe it just makes the mayo very sour.

I added thinly sliced red onion - but it is not necessary. Love the lemon juice in the spread. Thank you!
