I embellished a bit by making mine with thinly sliced boiled ham and lo-fat american cheese. They were yummy sammies. My tummy SED so!

Too strong for my gang. We might try these again substituting ham for the beef and American cheese for the bleu cheese. Probably not though.

But this sandwich was awful. The roast beef was completely ruined.

The bleu cheese flavor was good with the beef, and the watercress was a nice touch!

I guess to each their own! The blue cheese spread just went great with the roast beef in my opinion.

I made these for the super bowl and they are great. I did put more roast beef for a thicker sandwich. YUM!

You'll love this if you like bleu cheese. The taste goes fantastic with the beef. We added a little dill and lemon juice to the mayo as well. They were very well received.

I love these BECAUSE of the cheese!!! This is my favorite sandwich spread now, but that figures, since bleu cheese is almost my favorite food. Mixing it with the mayo and making it into a spread made my taste buds feel like they won the lottery. I'll be using this on many different kinds of sammies now. Thank you so much!

I made them without the blue cheese and they were nice.
