The only thing that I will change is using less oil when baking the asparagus.

Tasted burned. The mayo made it worse.

The asparagus was tough even though it was overcooked, per recipe. The curry-mayo sauce was a horrible accompaniment. It was bitter and slimy. Sorry.

This recipe was a hit with everyone! I love asparagus and the cashew-curry mayonnaise was yummy! The only change I made was not using quite as much curry powder because my family doesn't like it too spicy but I will definitely be making this again! Thanks Sandra!

I got a bit frightened. You usually don't bark at me like that. But I did copy the recipe and made it last night. I didn't have curry powder so I used meatloaf seasoning because I have a lot leftover from your other recipes plus it's the same color sort of and almonds because I have lots leftover of them too. It was really good. I am glad I did what you told me, but then I always do! LOL!

I love asparagus!!! Always have, always will. I didnt have cashews on hand, but i did have pine nuts so I used those instead. I also dont usually keep curry in the spice cabinet so I used cayane red pepper and it turned out GREAT!!! Since i loved this so much I'm going to use cashews and curry in the next batch and bet you that I will never eat asparagus plain again! Thank you so much Sandra...

The warm curry mayo suace was very unappetizing. We ended up tossing it and eating the asparagus without sauce.
